This thread went in a really weird direction at the end, but we are going to do this starting for the 1983 draft.
1st and 2nd Round Picks = 18 hours
3rd and 4th Round Picks = 12 hours
Thus, you will probably need to think a little harder about submitting draft lists to a few of your fellow owners in the 3rd and 4th rounds.

Can we also change the "giving notice" rule to include the next 3 teams instead of just the next one?

We can. As has been stated here though, I am not sure how effective that is really going to be.
We have a few owners now that can't even copy me, let alone the next three owners. We also still have owners that e-mail someone even though that person has a list pick.

Those that do that aren't exactly going to change their habits, no matter we make it mandatory to email the next 3 owners, or the next 25...

I'll be more likely to comply if the draft order has all of the next three email addresses per line. Otherwise, I have a feeling I'm going to pick a league email and click on reply to all.

Yeah, I agree Rand.
Let's just make the e-mailing of the next 3 owners voluntary. Some will do it, some won't. I really don't think it will have an impact either way.
