I think we need a poll or voting closing time?
Say from time of posting. Close in X amount of hours!
24, 36, 48, a week. Something!

Hard to do without a degree in dentistry, because getting some owners to vote is like pulling teeth.

When you decide your going to close a poll, you could at least give us a 12 hour notice!

When you decide your going to close a poll, you could at least give us a 12 hour notice! You're kidding me? Other than the two current polls, the newest polls here go back to 1/1/07, 12/2/06, 11/16/06... and they're not even locked. What exact poll or polls do you think you missed out on?

I haven't missed on any votes that I'm aware of. Its not that.
I just thought with a time table we could reach a decision quicker.
Seems like people wait to see if they can vote last
If its bad idea so be it.

I thought you were saying I don't keep the polls active long enough, which made me think "huh?". I wouldn't say it's a bad idea, but I don't know if anything short of thumbscrews would get some owners to vote
